Onboarding and Subscriber Relations Associate – Processing

BrainPOP, the global leader in online, animated educational resources, seeks a dedicated Onboarding and Subscriber Relations Associate to join us at our New York City headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming subscriber orders, and create and maintain subscriber accounts
  • Onboard new and renewing customers over email and phone
  • Collaborate with Accounting team to maintain and organize payment information
  • Perform occasional data integrity audits and data cleaning tasks

  • Proficiency with Excel and Google. Some database management experience is preferred.
